We have an established Breakfast Club, run by school staff which has been in place since 2008 and from September we are excited to be extending our wraparound care to include an After School Club to support our working parents. Providing wraparound care in school, by staff who already know our children ensures smooth transition for our children at the start and end of each day in an environment that our children already know and feel comfortable in. And happy children is the foundation of learning.
Breakfast Club
Breakfast club is available from 7.45am and costs £4 per session. A wide range of breakfast options are available including cereal, toast, waffles, fruit, pancakes, pastries, milkshake and fruit juice.
After breakfast children can take part in games in the hall or on the field, weather permitting. Films and craft activities are also available in the breakfast room.
Staff then escort our younger children to their classroom at the start of the school day.
After School Club
The club runs from 3.30pm to 5pm and costs £6 per session, including a light snack. This may be vegetable sticks and dip or cheese, fruit or a sweet treat, as well as a drink.
Sessions are run by Wadsworth staff who already know our children well. A range of different activities take place each day and include Forest School activities, outdoor provision, art and crafts, games as well as providing a place for children to read or do other homework if they wish to.
Privacy Notice (DfE)
The DfE have awarded our Wraparound Care provision an expansion grant, to enable us to offer the After School Club. In return, we are required to submit to them, data on the take up of places. The Privacy Notice below explains their GDPR commitments.

How do I book?
Parents will be able to book sessions in advance using your Arbor Parent App. Payment will be required at the time of booking. This will enable us to monitor and cap numbers if necessary.
Am I able to use pre-paid work vouchers?
Yes you are able to use your pre-paid work vouchers to pay for wraparound care which includes after school club, lunch club and breakfast club. Please note parents will need to inform the school office of any voucher payments, so that we can ‘to up’ the child’s account. Vouchers take up to 3 days to register. Once we have received this you can book your sessions.
What happens if my child is not in school and I have booked a session?
If your child is ill and does not attend a pre-booked session, you will not be charged.
What activities will be provided at After School Club?
A weekly program of activities will be created so that each day is different. Activities offered will include outdoor provision, games, art and craft, Forest School activities, construction and lots more. A space will also be provided for children to use if they would like to do their homework or read.
